Request the service hirer to provide the goods strictly according to the time agreed upon in the contract.
Request service hirers to provide information about goods and services to participate in trade fairs and other necessary means.
Receive reasonable service fees and charges.
Organize the trade fair and exhibition in accordance with the terms agreed in the contract.

Rights and obligations of traders and individuals doing business in Vietnam to participate in overseas trade fairs

The right to temporarily export duty-free goods and materials for display at the fair or exhibition.
The regulations on organizing trade fairs in foreign countries must be complied with.
In case of selling goods displayed at an overseas trade fair, export tax must be declared and paid in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
When using goods for the purpose of an exhibition Vietnam or fair as a gift, the permission of the competent authority must be obtained and tax shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
