Implementation procedure
Step 1: Organizations and enterprises submit their dossiers at the Department of Industry and Trade at the place where the trade fair is held
Registration deadline: 365 days at the earliest and 30 days before the opening of the trade fair in Vietnam.
Step 2: The competent state management agency shall reply with confirmation or not in writing.
Time: 7 days from the date of receiving the complete dossier.
If not, the competent management agency must clearly state the reason.
Step 3: Organizations and enterprises organize fairs and exhibitions after receiving written certification from competent authorities.
Step 4: Organizations and enterprises report to state management agencies about the results of the organization of the fair according to the registered and certified contents.
Time: Within 30 days from the end of the exhibition Viet Nam.
