Regulations on design of Fair booths & Construction at Exhibitions
With regulations on design of fair booths & construction at the Exhibition are regulated as follows:
Vacant land tenants will have to set up their own booths in prefabricated and outdoor buildings, from areas A2 to AB, B, C need to design booths about 15cm high to ensure safety.
1. Regulations on booth construction time
- Time: from 8 am - 21 pm
- Units and businesses that have self-built booths must pay a deposit for their unit's construction: 100,000/m2. After finishing, they must hand over the original condition, clean up in the booth area, BTC will refund the deposit and issue a paper to the gate.
- About the construction card: each unit will receive from 2-6 construction cards (depending on the size of the area), contact the BTC to receive before starting the construction of the booth.
- Each booth will receive 3 opening invitations and 6 visiting cards, those who want to receive more should register in advance with BTC.
- The organizers will cut off the electricity from 16:00 to 17:00 on March 22, 2022 to connect the official power sources throughout the Exhibition area.
- The stalls participating in the construction and display of products must prepare fire extinguishers by themselves according to the regulations of the Hanoi People's Committee.
- Using water for the booth requires registration and payment for water use arising with the Exhibition Palace.
2. Regulations on construction of booths of standard sizes
About the height of the exhibition booth
- House A1: booths 6-12 are 6m high, the rest are 4m high
- Prefabricated house A2- A6: 39m high next to the wall, 5m high in the middle
- Area A1: compartments from 102-105 with size (2x40m)
3. Regulations on time to clean up booths
- On March 27, 2022, the stalls must be cleared from 18:00 to 21:30, BTC will close and continue to clear at 8 am the next day (March 28, 2022). The outdoor stalls will be cleaned continuously from 6pm on March 27, 2022.
- Standard booths must be cleared at 12pm on March 28, 2022
- Special self-build booths, complete cleaning at 3pm on March 28, 2022
- The organizers only issue the exit paper to the units that end the Exhibition and complete the handover on time.
4. Some notes during the construction of the booth
- Do not punch, staple, or use adhesive tape to stick to the booth walls, floors and walls of the Exhibition hall.
- Do not pour water, paint and chemicals on the floor, technical ditches.
- It is not allowed to do on-site work such as: spray paint, putty powder, sandpaper, ... only paint roller, light hand saw.
- During construction, there must be a canvas lining the floor and surrounding the construction area.
- Construction of the booth first, only to do quick disassembly and always keep it clean.
